Mrs. Brown - Principal

Mrs. Brown became McNair's principal in 2001 and was named Brevard's Middle School Principal of the Year for the 2005-2006 school year! Mrs. Brown is a graduate of Rockledge High School, Florida State University (B.S.- English Education), Florida A & M (M.Ed – Guidance & Counseling) and Nova University (Certification in Administration & Supervision). She attributes McNair’s “A” School Grade to outstanding teamwork demonstrated by the students, parents, community volunteers, teachers, and other staff members.

Mr. Echevarria - Assistant Principal

Mr. Echevarria received a B.A in Recreation and Education from the University of Puerto Rico. After leading various recreational programs, Mr. Echevarria earned an M.A. in Elementary Education and later a Specialist's Degree in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University in Florida. As an administrator, Mr. Echevarria worked as a Dean of Discipline and presently works as an Assistant Principal in charge of curriculum. Mr. Echevarria's musical talents are an asset to our school; he leads the World Drummers as an extracurricular activity.

Mr. Sackey - Assistant Principal

Mr. Sackey graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After moving to Florida, he continued his education and earned a Master’s Degree in Science of Human Resource Management from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1985. In 1988, he obtained an Educational Specialist's Degree in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Nova University. Mr. Sackey serves as our Assistant Principal for Discipline.
